About MJP

Professional Background
I am a J.D. / LL.M Candidate in the Law & Entrepreneurship Program at the Duke University School of Law. Prior to Duke Law, I worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP (“PwC”) as a Senior Tax Associate in both the Financial Services and Mergers & Acquisitions practices.  In the FS Tax practice, I was a part of a team that helped private equity and hedge fund clients navigate their tax regulatory and compliance obligations.
